Pricing and Payment
All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. We strive to keep pricing accurate and up to date, but we reserve the right to revise prices at any time without prior notice. Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and through EMI options if available. Full or partial advance payments are required for project initiation. Treya Home Decor will not be liable for delays caused due to incomplete payments.
Returns and Refunds
As our products are made to order and highly customized, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the project is confirmed. However, if there are genuine issues such as manufacturing defects, transit damage, or installation errors, we will arrange for necessary corrections or replacements based on the situation. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery or installation. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will work with you to resolve any concerns as promptly as possible.
